USED vs. LOVED
While a man was polishing his new car his 6 yr old son picked up a stone and scratched lines on the side of the car.
In anger the man took the child´s hand and hit it many times;
not realizing he was using a wrench.
At the hospital the child lost all his fingers due to multiple fractures.
When the child saw his father...
with painful eyes he asked ´Dad when will my fingers grow back?´
The man was so hurt and speechless;
he went back to his car and kicked it a lot of times.
Devastated by his own actions.....
sitting in front of that car he looked at the scratches;
the child had written ´LOVE YOU DAD´.
The next day that man committed suicide. . .
Anger and Love have no limits;
choose the latter to have a beautiful lovely life.....
Things are to be used and people are to be loved.
But the problem in today´s world is that
People are used and things are loved.
In this year let´s be careful to keep this thought in mind:
Things are to be used
but People are to be loved.
Watch your thoughts; they become words.
Watch your words; they become actions...
But to me #nothing - the negative the empty - is exceedingly powerful.
But at any rate the point is that God is what nobody admits to being and everybody really is.
The style of God venerated in the church mosque or synagogue seems completely different from the style of the natural universe.
To me, you are still #nothing more than a little boy who is just like a hundred thousand other little boys. And I have no need of you. And you, on your part, have no need of me. To you, I am #nothing more than a fox like a hundred thousand other foxes. But if you tame me, then we shall need each other. To me, you will be unique in all the world. To you, I shall be unique in all the world . . .
There is #nothing wrong with America that cannot be cured with what is right in America.
I decided in my life that I would do #nothing that did not reflect positively on my father’s life.
God had brought me to my knees and made me acknowledge my own #nothingness, and out of that knowledge I had been reborn. I was no longer the centre of my life and therefore I could see God in everything.
The great gift of Easter is hope - Christian hope which makes us have that confidence in God, in his ultimate triumph, and in his goodness and love, which #nothing can shake.
My mother, she had a very good attitude toward money. I’m very grateful for the fact that we had to learn to save. I used to get like 50 pence a week, and I’d save it for like five months. And then I’d spend it on Christmas presents. I’d save up like eight pounds. It’s #nothing, but we did that.
It’s more like Christmas, you know, when you get a shot in that looks great and it’s exactly what you want. It’s a great feeling, and there’s #nothing like it.
Next to a circus there ain’t #nothing that packs up and tears out faster than the Christmas spirit.
There’s #nothing sadder in this world than to awake Christmas morning and not be a child.
There are a lot of Grinches out there that would like #nothing better than to take any references to religion out of the holiday season.
The security comes, as an actor, in knowing that you’re not in control. If you try to control your career, or how people perceive you, you’ll make yourself unhappy, because life doesn’t work like that. So much is luck. It’s much better to let yourself off, to think, ’There’s #nothing I can do.’
I don’t wait for moods. You accomplish #nothing if you do that. Your mind must know it has got to get down to work.
